Where Are You From? Where Would You Like to Travel?

We posted a large world map in the science library during new student orientation and asked people to indicate (with a small self-stick arrow) where they are from and where they would like to travel.  It was fun to watch the sticky notes appear!

The place names indicated on the map are listed below.  The numbers in parentheses show the number of individuals who indicated the same locale.

The Triumph of the Geese

Manish Mehta with four alumni published in Journal of Chemical Crystallography

The Mehta lab recently published research on "the extent of spontaneous cocrystallization for 14 cocrystal systems, at four levels of humidity. [Their] results show cocrystal formation in all 14 systems to varying extent and are consistent with literature reports that higher humidity correlates with more rapid cocrystal formation."

 Did you know?  We have access to a treasure-trove of ebooks in Oxford Scholarship - more than 100 titles are added every month, all indexed in OBIS.  Find them with these steps:
